EDUCATION & TRAINING
Atlas’ education and training services, through our Atlas Compensation University, include designing compensation training materials to fit your needs. We offer fully-customized or general materials, and presentation to your selected audience and venue, to include web-based, audio only, or in-person/onsite. As with our compensation consulting services, Atlas follows a similar methodology:
Our education and training services begin with a discussion with your project team and key stakeholders.
STEP1
After this initial discovery session, Atlas designs all materials, while partnering with your project team at milestones throughout the course of the project.
STEP2
After completion of the drafts, Atlas reviews with the project team and key stakeholders to gain input and approval.
STEP3
Atlas finalizes the materials and works with the project lead to schedule the training sessions and/or education distribution.
STEP4
Atlas conducts the training and/or distributes educational materials.
