As with our compensation consulting services, we begin with a discussion with your project team and key stakeholders.


After this initial discovery session, Atlas conducts the research and analysis, while partnering with your project team at milestones throughout the course of the project.


After the completion of the analysis, Atlas determines and provides recommendations to the project team and key stakeholders.


The outcome of the recommendation meeting then determines the implementation plan. Atlas compiles the plan and works with your project team through the implementation steps.


Atlas provides the communication strategy and materials, and will even conduct communication sessions with your employees.
