Over the last few weeks I prepared my March and April blog discussions around compensation philosophy and assessing compensation strategy and processes for the Fall and into 2021. While these topics are important and even increasing in importance as we get through the next few months, I have decided to delay those discussions until next month. Today what I simply want to say is that we can all get through this together. Please do your part to keep yourself and those around you safe and healthy; support local, small businesses as much as you are able; and practice patience and kindness. Be thankful for the resources we have as a country and for all of you working tirelessly each day, those in the medical, emergency and protection services fields...and most of all be thankful for each other.
